About me
A picture paints a thousand words… and an overlay helps explain them!
My design career so far
I joined Coyote Software (now InvestorFlow) in 2019 on a three month secondment that evolved into a full-time role and have grown with the business ever since.
Promoted to Senior Product Designer
Leading product design and scaling the design system across a multi-product investment platform supporting 290,000+ users and $6+ trillion in client assets, collaborating with teams across the UK, US, and Asia.
Focussing on improving accessibility, incorporating AI into my design process, scaling the design system and reducing friction between design and engineering.
I also love organising team socials and have been part of the events committee for the last four years!

Promoted to Mid-Level Product Designer
Evolved the design system, learnt some basic HTML, conducted user research and continued to closely collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Specialised as a Product Designer
Transitioned to a solely product design role, completed a UX / UI course, migrated the team from Sketch to Figma and introduced Maze for user feedback sessions.

Promoted to Mid-Weight Designer
Worked across both product and marketing, designed custom merchandise, created short product animations and took a photography course to capture fun team headshots.
Joined Coyote Software as a Junior Designer
Assisted with marketing materials and website assets, designed client logos and began to work on the product shortly after.
Freelance creative work (ongoing)
Designing various commission-based artwork from portraits, cards and wedding stationary to logos and branding. See some of them below!

Portraits
Drawing, painting and making things with my hands gives me so much joy. Below is a selection of my portrait commissions using pencil, pastel and ProCreate. Ronnie (the cat) was my first commission back in 2018!

Illustrations
I've been making cards since I was a kid, and use it as a way to relax and unwind as an adult. I love giving personalised cards to family and friends on special occasions. Apparently I've hit the 'everyone is getting engaged' age bracket…
